Tutorial: Hatsune Miku – World Is Mine – Step by Step

Okay, the walkthrough.
I thought that I can just write "I used simple round brush and simple round eraser", but on closer examination it turned out that it wasn't so. While making this tutorial I understood how many minor things are used in creation every picture besides brush. These features are habitual for artists, but many of them like definition of color scheme and setting, use of reference, layer blending modes, masks, custom hints would be interesting...
In this walkthrough I just made screenshots of main stages of work and indicated tools and settings of them used on every stage. Also, there is the color chart of the image.

GREAT!! You explained things so clear and detailed, thank you very much
Thank you ^______^
I have a question: what affects the Persistence option to?
You did cool job explaining in details all settings for every step, it's so rare. Most of tutorials have only roughly outline, thank you a lot for not hiding your tricks.

I'm glad if it helps :)
@Kaitou
Sorry for keep you waiting.
Persistence is option that is responsible for strength of colors mixing. It works in combination with Blending and Dilution options to get various effects like smudge or oil, for example.
THNX!
I've read and..... where's magic?

you
Well done,
@saku
True magic is in original Miku's design and in original WIM picture
Thank you, it helped alot
I couldn't get such clean brush stroke in Sai, it was smearing and blended, yor settings are what I needed.
