I couldn't solve the "Intuos4+SAI" trouble, so I had to return to work in Photoshop.
In my opinion, Photoshop is great graphics software, but is absolutely uncomfortable for CG. No color wheel, no handy brush palette, broken lines in zoom, no canvas rotation (even in CS4 it is realized more complicated than in Painter or SAI) etc., but it is possible to get into the way. The main annoying thing is loading by defalut of many things I never use for CG. So I tuned Photoshop a little for everyday work, and here are the tips I used.
Need to say two things:
- I tuned Photoshop for CGing, and some tips couldn't suit to other purproses like photo retouching or making layouts.
- I included in this guide some plain things you can see in every second tutorial, sorry for this, but without them the guide will be uncomplete. Maybe, even these simple tips will be helpful.
