I know that sometimes author's revelations are quite disappointing. You may think that there was some great conception, but author says: "Ah, never mind, I named my character in honor of my beloved guinea pig", and you feel yourself naive and childish.
So I'll try not to write any information that could affect your vision of my stories. Implication and meaning layers are all yours, I will not give some hints or discuss them. I think, it is wrong when author starts a thread with his readers and tells more things than it is presented in the narration. What is done, that is done, and should be left as it is.
So, there are some random things those are behind and around KIDS.

Aion Soul Healers are really eerie and call strong feeling if you pay attention to them. I drew this SH guy's hair came out from under his hood, it is wrong in relation to original design of Soul Healers, but with the hood tightly enclosing this face he scared me.

I hope to finish this piece sometime, because I like it, but the need to paint all gold parts and patterns makes me out of any wish to paint.
Also, here is finished pencil base for Sanctum landscape. I don't like to keep many pictures unfinished and lay sketches aside, but don't know when I will be able to return to this picture again. Now I'm busy with some other work, so I don't promise to finish and show any pictures during next month.

I finally solved my Intuos4+SAI trouble, thanks to the cold and boredom those forced me to digg in SAI files.
SAI has amazing file called [misc.ini] that allows to make some user tweaks for application. My problem was rooted in old SAI verison (1.0.1), that didn't have advanced options in its [misc.ini]. New SAI (Ver.1.1.0) allowed me to solve my trouble through [misc.ini] in seconds.
In addition, using SAI files, I made some other tweaks and share them, the small guide is about following things:
1. How to solve troubles with tablet pen speed.
2. How to rearrange palettes. Examples: 1, 2, 3
3. How to add custom canvas presets for new file.

I couldn't solve the "Intuos4+SAI" trouble, so I had to return to work in Photoshop.
In my opinion, Photoshop is great graphics software, but is absolutely uncomfortable for CG. No color wheel, no handy brush palette, broken lines in zoom, no canvas rotation (even in CS4 it is realized more complicated than in Painter or SAI) etc., but it is possible to get into the way. The main annoying thing is loading by defalut of many things I never use for CG. So I tuned Photoshop a little for everyday work, and here are the tips I used.
Need to say two things:
- I tuned Photoshop for CGing, and some tips couldn't suit to other purproses like photo retouching or making layouts.
- I included in this guide some plain things you can see in every second tutorial, sorry for this, but without them the guide will be uncomplete. Maybe, even these simple tips will be helpful.
